Forus to provide security for Baltic Live Agency’s major events across Estonia

Forus Security has signed a cooperation agreement with Baltic Live Agency, one of Estonia’s largest event organisers, under which Forus will begin providing security for the company’s major events across Estonia.

The partnership marks an important step for Forus in the rapidly growing events and entertainment sector and further strengthens the company’s position as a security partner for large-scale events. “This cooperation represents great trust, but also great responsibility,” comments Kaimar Karuauk, Head of Forus Security.

Baltic Live Agency is a concert promotion agency whose mission is to bring world-class entertainment experiences to the Baltics. The agency’s team has extensive experience in the international music industry, and the events they have organised include David Guetta’s “The Monolith Stadium Tour 2025”, Armin van Buuren’s concert, and performances by Steve Aoki and Alan Walker at the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds. They have also organised concerts by Judas Priest and Manowar at Unibet Arena.

According to Baltic Live Agency CEO Henri Lindal, Forus’ previous work in securing large-scale events played a decisive role in the partner selection process. “Forus has done a good job securing major concerts in recent years, both from the organiser’s and the visitor’s perspective,” says Lindal.

According to him, expectations regarding security at large events have become increasingly comprehensive over the years, with planning now playing a crucial role already in the early stages. “From an organiser’s perspective, it is important that the security company contributes its own ideas and input during the concert planning phase based on its experience. Good visitor experience is born from this cooperation,” he explains.

Lindal emphasises that a strong security team has a direct impact on the overall success of an event. “Many aspects that visitors take for granted are actually resolved beforehand or during the event by the security company or in cooperation with it — fast and secure entry, movement within the venue, and access to different areas,” he says.

This year, Baltic Live Agency will bring several major events to Estonian audiences, including concerts by Kings of Leon and Lenny Kravitz, Tallinn Rock Festival, and a joint concert by Amon Amarth, Orbit Culture, and Soilwork.

According to Karuauk, the new partnership is the result of the consistent work and development of the entire Forus team. “I am sincerely happy and proud to see how we are step by step reaching increasingly larger and more important projects,” he says.

At the same time, Forus Security will continue its successful cooperation with international concert promoter Live Nation, which began last year. Cooperation with two strong international event organisers confirms the company’s growing competence and reliability in ensuring security at large public events and strengthens Forus’ position as one of Estonia’s leading security partners for major events.
