LOUHE and Forus Partner to Revolutionise Security Solutions in the Baltics

Increasing the sense of security of people – an onsite security operative ensures better security.
Prevention, fast detection, and diffusion of threats.
Technical surveillance does not always ensure fast reaction.
A security guard prevents losses – thefts, damage to and destruction of property, etc.
Representative function – helping customers and visitors if necessary.
Quick assistance in the case of accidents.
A security operative is always more than a guard for the premises!
The extensive experience of Forus makes it a reliable partner in ensuring manned guard. We operate all across Estonia and have gained the trust of large state-owned enterprises, shopping centres, retail chains, manufacturers, public buildings, transportation companies, and many other partners. We have thousands of clients and we provide temporary and long-term surveillance services.
Often, technological means and calling a security team in a crisis situation are insufficient for surveillance and security.
A security guard is responsible for the security of people and property onsite – they are the eyes and the ears. The security personnel of Forus has been properly trained so you can always rely on us.
A security guard can anticipate and diffuse dangerous situations. This is the best and most immediate way to ensure the security of your premises, commercial building, or event.
A client can choose the Standard or the Premium package for manned guard services from Forus. The price of the manned guard service depends on the area of the site, the number of security staff, the wishes and needs of the client, and the necessary equipment. The existing technical surveillance solutions of the client are also taken into consideration. If necessary, we are prepared to install additional video surveillance devices to ensure maximum security.
More and more of our clients select the Premium package because they value a security employee who is the right hand man of a building manager in addition to protecting people and property.

A security guard is the eyes, the ears, and the spokesperson of your premises. For us, manned guard is more than protecting a building. A security operative is actively involved and acts as your representative and a guard – they ensure smooth customer service and assist the building manager, for example. At Forus, we often hear how our guards help to catch thieves on sites, save shopping centres from flooding by acting quickly, ensure quick action in emergencies, etc.
As a rule, our security operatives rely on ‘an additional set of eyes’, or a video surveillance system, which helps to monitor the premises at all times.
We ensure round-the-clock manned surveillance for your building if necessary, and protect your property as if it were our own.
We prioritise quality, so a security manager is assigned to every site, ensuring a smooth surveillance service and helping with other issues related to security.
The price depends on the area, location, and peculiarities of the site, the number of security guards, the duration of the security services, the need for the patrol service, the tasks required from security staff, customer expectations, the equipment of the security staff (an armed guard is always more expensive), and the duration of the contract. In addition, your need for additional surveillance devices is taken into account.
All Forus security guards who have been employed in the security sector for more than four months have an occupational qualification certificate, have completed a 50-hour basic training, and can provide first aid. Security guards must pass an examination of the Estonian Security Association (Eesti Turvaettevõtete Liit) to earn the certificate. All security operatives also complete 16 hours of further training annually. Depending on the role, the employer provides additional training.
For example, the aviation security personnel of Forus are security guards, but they have completed several weeks of training allowing them to work in aviation.
We offer manned guard for the period requested by the client, so it could be a very short (only a few hours if necessary) or a long period. Contact us for a suitable solution.
Estonian (at least level B2) as well as Russian. If a customer would like to order the Premium service, then we will ensure that our staff speak English as well.
All Forus security guards wear uniforms with our logos and have two-way radios. Special equipment issued to security guards also includes handcuffs and pepper spray. In addition, a specially trained security operative can be armed. The need for an armed guard largely depends on the wishes and needs of the client. If necessary, we can include a guard dog.
