We are involved in the security and safety sector, take care of the maintenance of buildings and their surrounding areas, manage real estate, and install and maintain technical building systems. As one of the largest security companies in Estonia, we protect the safety of thousands of private and business customers with the help of about 1,200 security operatives. In the field of security, you can apply yourself as a security guard on extremely different locations, as a member of a patrol unit, or an operator in our alarm response centre.
As an aviation security guard you will take care of the security of the employees and visitors of the Tallinn Airport and make sure that no damage is done to the property of the airport. Depending on your specific position, your duties may include foot patrol in the airport terminal and at the tram station, guarding the perimeter in a patrol vehicle, or working at the control centre of the airport, taking care of coordination duties and monitoring the feed of the surveillance cameras.
As a cleaner or janitor, you will take care of the impeccable cleanliness of the premises and territory of our clients. Our experienced managers will support you in your tasks.
The team of Forus includes about a hundred technicians, maintenance specialists, and technical managers with different specialities. In our team, you can use your skills in installing and maintaining weak-current systems, as an electrician, or an installer or maintenance specialist of heating, ventilation, and cooling devices.
As a fire safety specialist or project manager, you will train and advise our clients in fire safety and inspect the compliance of fire safety equipment and installations. This way, you will make a great contribution to improving fire safety in Estonian buildings.
As a facility manager, you will be an indispensable virtual member in the teams of our clients. You will take care of the building to make sure it functions exactly as required. Therefore, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic maintenance schedules.
As an analyst, designer, or project manager, your task is to find the best solutions for clients, which would allow them to make informed decisions for improving the energy efficiency in their buildings and reducing their environmental footprint.
As a customer service specialist, account manager, or salesperson, you are the first contact person and consultant for our clients. You will help them find the best solutions and support the use of services with your advice and assistance.
Dozens of specialists and managers in very different fields support the daily operation of the company with their valuable knowledge and skills. This includes finances, HR, IT, or marketing and communication.
