Pursuant to the Apartment Ownership and Apartment Associations Act, an apartment association may be managed and represented by an administrator instead of the management board.
For example, if none of the members of the apartment association wish to be included in the management board of the association and the manager does not wish to be involved in the administration. The manager takes care of any issues related to the apartment association instead of the management board.
