Forus – an Estonian company focused on creating a safe and sustainable environment
We specialise in facility management, maintenance, energy efficiency and sustainability, and security and safety services. We also provide taxi services and business class cars and transfers under the name Forus Takso. The Forus application is a convenient way to handle everyday travel. Signaal TM, one of the companies in our group, has 50 years of experience in traffic control and safety.

Forus in numbers
We belong in the U.S. Invest Group
Forus is a part of the U.S. Invest Group, owned by entrepreneur Urmas Sõõrumaa. In addition to Forus Group, the U.S. Invest Group includes the real estate developer USRE, the traffic management company Signaal TM, the taxi company Forus Takso, and the services app Forus. The security company in Latvia is operating under the brand name Forus Security Latvia as a part of Forus Group.

Forus consists of Forus Security AS, Forus Haldus OÜ and Forus Heakord OÜ, all subsidiaries of Forus Grupp OÜ.

Our contribution to society and responsible business conduct
Our company is based on Estonian capital and Estonia is our main domestic market. We believe that companies have a huge role in shaping the well-being of entire communities. In our activities, we are guided by two important keywords – sustainability and security. These are fields where we want to leave the biggest mark.
Sustainability has two dimensions for Forus – we want to be a more sustainable company and we want other companies to achieve the same.
Services for reducing the environmental footprint are central in the service portfolio of Forus, helping our clients to develop, maintain, and manage their real estate sustainably. In the Baltic countries, we are the first official partner of USGBC that issues green certificates (LEED) to buildings.
We belong in the Rohetiiger cooperation platform, which is developing a balanced economic model, and the GreenDice organisation, which focuses on creating a circle of ICT devices.
Security is one of the basic human needs. You can never make too much of an effort for safety and security. As one of the largest security and safety companies in Estonia, we are a member of the Estonian Security Association and contribute to legislation, development, and establishment of professional standards in our sector through the expert groups of the association.
