Can 24/7 emergency response also be ordered with technical maintenance?

If needed, Forus also provides round-the-clock emergency response. With the help of a patrol, an initial response can generally be provided within 15–30 minutes. The time it takes for a specialist to arrive on site depends on the nature of the situation, the site’s location and the agreement concluded with the client.

How often should technical systems be maintained?

Maintenance frequency depends on the specific system, the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable requirements and the way the building is used. A suitable maintenance schedule for ventilation, heating, cooling, emergency lighting and electrical systems is determined according to the needs of the site.

How is the price of technical maintenance calculated?

The price depends on the site, the number and type of systems to be maintained, the maintenance frequency and the agreed scope of service. Therefore, an accurate offer is prepared based on the needs of each site.
